Inform Planning led the Clinical Service Plan and facilitated Functional Programming Sessions for the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert.

The project included a full review and re-envisioning of clinical services and space for the hospital. The functional program included 282 new medical / surgical inpatient beds, a new perioperative services environment including 5 ORs  and recovery area, emergency department, and a full ambulatory care platform, along with modernized clinical and non-clinical support services facilities.
