The District of Tofino, Clayoquot Biosphere Trust (CBT) and the Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL) explored the feasibility of developing a mixed-use building in Tofino. Inform Planning prepared a functional program for this innovative and unique facility, to be located in the heart of the community, which would encompass a new home for VIRL’s Tofino Branch and the Biosphere Centre, and CBT’s offices, bookable space and archives.
