In 2018, Inform Planning supported the First Nations Health Authority in developing a functional program for the FNHA's headquarters for their administration spaces and offices. This included an overall plan, which considered multiple locations of FNHA leased and owned spaces.

The scope of services included coordinating staffing projections, workplace design concept development, staff departmental interviews, visioning workshop and preparation of a functional program.
