Inform Planning worked very closely with the Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion (BACI), a Not-for-Profit organization that serves people with cognitive and developmental delay, on preparing a Space Needs Assessment for future facility options. The project included supporting BACI with space planning, functional programming, test fit and site selection for a mixed-use development including affordable housing units. High-level concept design layouts were developed in collaboration with BACI.
