Inform Planning provided support to the CCNH through preparation of a preliminary study to consider the redevelopment potential of the Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House existing site. The study included a high-level review and recommendations concerning the following: Planning Drivers and Principles, Zoning , Neighbourhood Considerations, Development Options , and Air Parcel Opportunities. The project was facilitated involved a community participation and consultation.
